Oxford Union: David Irving's invitation hanging by a thread
Today's Independent suggests that it is quite doubtful whether, when all the protests are said and done, Irving will still be welcome at the Oxford Union.
It seems someone there actually understands the meaning of the Jewish proverb, "Do not answer a fool according to his foolishness, lest you also be considered like him." Proverbs 26:4
As for the inexorable and obdurate David Irving, he can never perceive the meaning of the Yiddish proverb, "Ain mol iz geven a chochmeh." A trick is clever only once.
