Rabbi Herb Friedman passed away this morning at the age of 89. He was a giant of a man. He entered the concentration camps as they were liberated. He created many Jewish institutions [Wexner Heritage, Young Leadership Cabinet]. He changed the lives of many people, my own included. This is, indeed, a great loss. May his memory and all that he did be for a blessing.
